Port Canaveral Summer is Here

Well summer is here and the fishing is about as hot as the weather. We are seeing a strong King Mackerel bite along with the Amber Jacks. The big summer Cobia run has not started yet and from the looks of it may still be a few weeks off unless we do not get a thermocline this year. Which completely possible. We have been catching a few Dolphin while live baiting on the wrecks and reefs.  On the bottom there are a few groupers to catch but we have to weed through the Red Snapper to get to them which can be very frustrating and requires a pile of bait to get one or two shots. The Night time shark fishing is as good as it gets with lots of good size Black Nose and Black Tips swimming around! There are a few Tarpons showing up on the beach along with Bonitas and Jack Crevalles. Don’t wait book today!
