June 2017

What an amazing start to the summer. We have finally gotten some amazing weather with flat calm seas and no rain. So we are experiencing a great King Mackerel bite on the reef with mixed in Mahi Mahi and Cobia. The bottom has been “hit and miss” there has been some cold water moving around but the Amber Jack bite has been good. WE HAVE NOT GOT A DATE ON RED SNAPPER YET. Everything about them being open is for the Gulf ONLY. Hopefully we will get a season and I will post as soon as we do. With the way fishing has been I would recommend a Half Day offshore trip or 3/4 day. This will get us home before the storms and give us time to clean the fish.  Hope to see you!
