Port Canaveral July Fishing Off Shore

The cold water has moved in from the deep which brings some great Cobia fishing! We have had plenty of great trips over the past week and are looking forward to the week to come. With that said the bottom fishing has pretty much shut down because of the cold water on the bottom, however, the Amber Jacks are around on some of the shallow water wrecks and reefs. The trolling bite is very slow with limited King Mackerels, Dolphin and Sail Fish in the area.

The night time shark fishing has been very good with most sharks in the 3 to 5 foot range. There has been a great variety from Lemon, Black Nose, and Black Tip. Most sharks are protected but there is still a few to take to the dinner table.
